Needs to be better at locating the attached device. Often it seems not to recognise that the iPod is connected despite other software finding it no problem.

Needs to be able to convert files to iTunes standard for putting on iPods etc or back to MP3 etc for putting on PC

Needs some useful functionality rather than just copying files from the iPod etc to the PC or iTunes. Copying/Converting MP3s tothe iTunes standard then copying them would be more useful.

I would like to… I want to be able to copy files (music, videos, etc) from my computer to my iPhone just by dragging and dropping on program window, the currently and only functionality is not very useful and I don't think people will buy the program

More functionality, copy from computer to Iphone/iPod by dragging and dropping.

Expand the application to support android or symbian devices, why restrict your market to Apple customers only?

Many people have media devices running on other platforms, by only offering to the Apple brigade I feel you are missing a business opportunity. i.e. android phones or pads like the Samsung Galaxy, Creative Zen media players etc.

Very limited. It can't even put anything on ipod or delete. Font is ugly. Columns cannot be sorted for album/artist etc, no possibility to edit file information. What it does is copy files from ipod so you can backup them, which, granted, iTunes does

see a search function.

See a search function by title, artist, genre so I can pick and choose which songs to transfer. The current version doesn't seem to sort.

Would have loved this, if you could remove files Directly off the ipod as in delete.. also If it reconized all user files, to transfer back and forth it would be great.

Itunes doesn't let you sort the music files that are directly on your ipod.. therefore I have ended up with multiple copies of the same songs on my ipod.. Would have loved to be able to go in and take them off! And I have an app, that allows me...

Ipod/pads suck. Make it Zune compatible

Every Apple product is always way overpriced and even when they are first, the competition alway puts out superior products. Make this program compatible with Zune, Sanza, etc.

Needs to have a Search for a song to transfer

I would like to be able to search for songs to transfer instead of having to scroll through the entire library. Or at least be able to sort by artist or genre instead of just have it alphabetical by song title.
